This speed ball platform provides a great training aid for MMA, boxing, martial arts and more. The wooden platform is held in place on the wall using the metal bracket. The set comes with 2 wall brackets They allow you to attach platform to any desired height on the wall. The stand is made of metal which has been made to the highest standard and powder coated to protect the metal from rust and scratches. The set also comes with all the necessary nuts and bolts. The platform is made of 18mm MDF, which is easy to clean and waterproof for durability. The ball is made of PVC and is laminated on the inside with several layers of fabric to give it weight, strength and life. The ball has a rubber bladder inside which is inflated with a standard soccer pump to shape the ball.
