Using sand as a filter medium, this pool sand filter with self-priming pump is effective in filtering and purifying the water in your pool. This is a considerably economical and low-maintenance option to keep your pool water pristine. Made of high-density plastic, the sand filter is very durable. The filter is designed to reach a flow rate of 18 m³/h. The maximum working pressure is 3.5 bars. To start the operation, 50 kg of filter sand is required (not included). The filter is equipped with a multi-port valve with 7 positions: filtration (to filter the body of water), rinse (to wash the filtration system), recirculation (to divert the filtration bed to the pool), winter (for conditioning for winter), backwash (to clean the filter media), closed (to cut off all water flow to the filter) and waste. Note: Can be connected with 32mm or 38mm diameter hoses.
