This pool sand filter, which uses sand as a filtering medium, is very effective in filtering and purifying the water in your pool. This is a very economical and low-maintenance option to keep your pool water looking clean. Made of high-density polyethylene, the sand filter is very durable. This filter is designed to reach a flow rate of 10 m³/h. The maximum working pressure is 50 PSI. To start operation, 100 kg of filter sand is required (not included). The filter is equipped with a multi-port valve with 6 positions: filter (to filter the water body), backwash (to clean the filter medium), rinse (to clean the filter system), winter (for winter) recirculate (to divert the filter bed to the pool/spa) and closed (to shut off all water flow to the filter). This sand filter is suitable for 1 HP pool pumps. Note: Can be connected to 32mm and 38mm diameter hoses.
