HI Double-walled stainless steel milk saucepan 1.2 L

The HI double-walled saucepan is perfect if you want to use the bain-marie method to prepare a special recipe or to heat food. To use this pot for a double boiler, fill the bottom of the pot with an inch or two of water. Next, pour the ingredients you want into the upper pot and turn on the heat. As the water heats up and steam comes out, the steam is trapped between the two pots, which in turn heats the food in the top pot. The HI double boiler saucepan is made of stainless steel and has a kettle function. It's perfect for melting chocolate to add to a birthday cake!
