Features slotted cast iron plates for even heat distribution and fast roasting. The grill is equipped with two temperature controllers for variable heat settings of low, medium and high. The griddle has a drip tray to collect excess oil that can be easily removed for cleaning. A cleaning brush is also included in delivery.
