Shipping and Returns at Foro24

Enjoy free shipping and returns on all items, big or small!

Items ordered from Foro24 will be shipped to your home for free. We are pleased to offer you this complimentary service!

Our warehouse and carriers work together to ensure your order is always delivered on time.

Starting July 1, 2024, we will deliver to all regions. Shipping charges may apply for remote areas and islands.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tracking portal. This portal shows the current status of your shipment.

For orders from Foro24 sold to consumers, there is a 30-day trial period. The trial period begins on the day you receive your order. Within these 30 days, you can view, evaluate, and try out the product as you would in a regular store, unless otherwise specified.

You can return the product without giving any reason as long as it is complete and, to the extent reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged, dirty, or incomplete due to use during the trial period, you will be responsible for the depreciation of the item, and a percentage of the refund will be charged to you.

Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons or that have been damaged are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

You must indicate within the 30-day trial period that you wish to return your order. After providing this notice, you have another 30 days to return the product to us.

Our return procedure is free if you follow our return process precisely. How you can return your order depends on the product. After you request a return, we will send you the instructions for doing so.

We will refund the total purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the dissolution, using the same payment method (where technically feasible) that you originally used to make the purchase.
