Foro24 orders sold to consumers for orders sold by Foro24, there is a 30 day trial period. The review period begins the day on which the order is received. Within the next 30 days you can look at the product, judge it and try it, just like it normally would in a store, unless the opposite is indicated. The product can be returned without any motives, only if the product is complete and, to the extent reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging. In the event that the product is damaged, subject to incomplete use of the product during the testing period, you will be responsible for the depreciation of the item and will be charged the refund amount. What is excluded from the right of withdrawal are products which are not suitable for disposal for reasons of health or hygiene protection, or which have been rejected. You must indicate within the 30 day trial period that you wish to return your order. After submitting this notification, you will have another 30 days to develop the product. Our release process is free as long as our release process begins at the foot of the letter. The form in which you can turn your order into product dependent. After ordering the return, we will send you the instructions to do it.
