Security First! This GYS Master 11 LCD welding helmet will protect your eyes and face while welding. This smart solar welding mask has 2 light sensors that control the two settings of the innovative LCD trigger. At the default 'clear' setting, the trigger is only three levels darkened, so you have a view of the workpiece and can locate the weld points. When you start welding and the light sensors detect the arc, the LCD trigger automatically switches to the 'dark' setting (11 levels of dimming) at 0.5m to protect your eyes from harmful infrared and ultraviolet rays. After welding, the screen returns to default mode so you can review your weld. The helmet is powered by solar energy.

This Beta Tools 7042LCD auto-darkening LCD welding helmet is an ideal choice for providing UV/IR protection for your eyes and face when welding. It has a perfect viewing surface of 98 x 43 mm (L x W) and its optimized shape makes it easier to breathe with the mask on. It also includes a special grinding function. The darkening speed is 1/25000s while the lightening speed is 0.25-1s. Dimming is adjustable between DIN 9-13 and dimming sensitivity and delay are also adjustable.
